Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of purchase. However, there is a $3.00 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. Also, if you are returning an item for an exchange, postage fees for the new item are the responsibility of the buyer. Also, if a package is returned to us "Return To Sender" by the post office due to an incorrect address given by the customer, postage to the correct address will be the responsibility of the customer.

We make every effort to pack your items in a manner that they will reach you safely. However, if you would like your package insured, please let us know in the comments section of your order and we will add on the appropriate fees. We are NOT responsible for items damaged during shipping, or those 'lost' in the mail due to an incorrect address.

Due to their sensitive nature, Prints, Candles, Rosehips, Potpourri, Refresher Oils and other botanicals are non-refundable.
